2024 Event Calendar
May 25th - Welcome back Tenants Meet & Greet. Join us at Gilly's Clubhouse starting at 9am to 10am for doughnuts and juice. The Shirt Shop will have a BTB merch table set up for preorders as well!
June 22nd - Firework cash donation day. Please have your firework cash donation submitted by the 22nd. Aaron & Rebecca will be going around the campground to gather cash donations on this day as well.
There are no other scheduled events for the month of June, however, keep an ear out for impromptu game night(s) and/or Block the Bay(s). These are usually planned the day before and/or weather permitting. Spread the word so everyone knows!

Thursday, July 4th
July 4th parade. Decorate your golf cart, side by side, bike, etc and participate in a parade around the campground. Meet at the green way area and to be ready to start the parade at 10:00am sharp. Group photo will be taken after the parade at the green way area.

SKEET SHOOT will start at 12:00 noon near the burn pit. Bring your own firearm and ammo, BTB will supply the clays. Participants are required to help clean up. Participants must sign up so we can ensure we have enough clays. Sign up sheet in Gilly's and the deadline to sign up is June 22nd 2024.

BTB ANNUAL FIREWORK SHOW starts at dusk.

Friday, July 5th
BBQ WING COOKOFF starts at 5pm under the overhang of Gilly's Clubhouse. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Please bring a chair. Potluck for sides and desserts.

COCKTAIL CRAWL starts at Gilly's at 6pm. Suggested time frames and route will be found in Gilly's on the activity board.
​
Cocktail Crawls consist of volunteer hosted stops around the campground serving a non-alcoholic or alcoholic cocktail, beer, wine, etc of choice, and/or snack, and/or candy for minors.
REMINDER: DO NOT LIGHT OFF FIREWORKS ON THE GROUNDS OF THE CAMPGROUND, LEAVE THEM AT HOME!
THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS SPARKLERS.

Kid's Walleye tournament. Weigh in is at 11:00am sharp at the fish cleaning station. Ages 5 and older.

Cocktail Crawl will start at 5pm. Suggested time frames found on activities board in Gilly's.
​
Cocktail Crawls consist of volunteer hosted stops around the campground serving a non-alcoholic or alcoholic cocktail, beer, wine, etc of choice, and/or snack, and/or candy for minors.

BTB third annual Yard Dance at 8:30pm / end of Cocktail Crawl in the Parks & Recs area.

Sunday, September 1st

Cornhole Tournament at 12 noon sharp in Parks & Recs area. Ages 13 and older.
​
BTB Tenant Appreciation dinner at 5:00pm in front of Gilly's - bring a chair.
